The Deer Run at Mayfield Homeowners Association will hold an Emergency Meeting via
Zoom on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the need for a Special Assessment to fund
necessary sidewalk repairs and tree replacement throughout the community.
All homeowners are invited and strongly encouraged to attend, as this matter directly
impacts the safety, appearance, and long-term upkeep of our neighborhood.
